Our die sharpening service include same-day sharpening! We optimize your die-cutting tool to specifically match your substrates. Please send, if possible printed, material along with the die and we will precisely tune it to the product through sharpening.

New die sales include expert advice and, in most cases, a new die in three to five business days. We offer several lines to support your needs. Please use the conversion chart below to find the ideal material:

• Stamcor S5 crown die cutter - Up to 5 million labels.
• Stamcor S10 crown die cutter - Up to 15 million labels.
• Stamdur carbide crown die cutter - Up to 120 million labels

Depending on product characteristics, up to 5 to 120 million labels may be punched when using a professionally sharpened die of the S5, S10 or Stamdur materials.

All cutting tools can be furnished with a counter-pressure plate if needed in processing "complex" materials such as IML (In-Mold Labeling)!

Dies can be sharpened up to 20 to 25 times without compromising dimensional accuracy.
